How do I place an order?
You can place orders online 24/7 by adding the product you like to your cart, then proceeding to checkout. For custom orders or personalized assistance, you can also reach us by phone at 1-403-471-2366 during regular business hours.
What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. We also accept PayPal for online orders.
Are the prices listed in U.S. or Canadian dollars?
All prices listed on our website are in Canadian dollars (CAD) and will be charged in Canadian funds.
Do you accept large corporate orders?
Absolutely. We welcome large corporate orders and can custom-design baskets to fit your budget and theme. Please contact us at info@sagejoygifts.ca or 1-403-471-2366 for assistance with bulk or corporate orders.
Do I need to set up an account to order online?
No, you can check out as a guest. However, creating a free account allows you to save billing information (excluding credit card details), access your order history, and use an address book for faster future orders.

All prices listed on our website are in Canadian dollars (CAD) and will be charged in Canadian funds.
Can I include a personalized message with my gift basket?
Yes! Every gift basket includes a complimentary personalized greeting card. You can enter your message during the checkout process.
Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes, you’ll receive an email confirmation immediately after placing your order, followed by another notification once your order has been successfully delivered.
Shipping & Delivery
How much is delivery within the Calgary area?
We offer the following flat-rate delivery fees:
- Inside Calgary city limits: $15 CAD (weekdays and weekends)
- Calgary surrounding areas: $20 CAD (weekdays and weekends, including Airdrie, Bearspaw, Cochrane, Springbank, Okotoks, and Chestermere)
How long does shipping take for orders outside of Calgary?
Estimated delivery times (not guaranteed):
- Alberta: 1–3 business days
- British Columbia: 2–3 business days
- Ontario & Quebec: 4–6 business days
Please note: Shipping times may be longer during peak holiday seasons or due to weather conditions.
What happens if the recipient is not home at the time of delivery?
- Houses & Townhomes: If no one is home, the basket will be left in a safe, weather-protected area (such as the porch).
- Apartments & Condominiums: Due to security restrictions, deliveries cannot be left in hallways or lobbies. We will contact the recipient in advance to arrange a suitable delivery time. A recipient phone number is mandatory for these locations.
What if the address I provided is incorrect?
It’s important to provide accurate delivery details. If a delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address or missed delivery, an additional fee will apply for re-delivery.
Do you ship outside of the Calgary area?
Yes, we ship across Canada using trusted partners such as UPS, Purolator, and GLS.
Flat-rate shipping fees:
- Remaining areas of Alberta: $30 CAD
- Rest of Canada: $35 CAD
Can I request a specific delivery date?
You can request a preferred delivery date in the “Order Notes” section during checkout. We’ll always do our best to accommodate your request, though specific delivery dates cannot be guaranteed for orders shipped outside of Calgary via third-party couriers.
Can you deliver to P.O. Boxes or hospitals?
We cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes; a physical street address is required. For hospitals, please provide the patient’s full name, unit, and room number. The sender is responsible for confirming the patient is still admitted at the time of delivery.
Products & Customization
I have allergies. Are your gift baskets safe for me?
Your health and safety are very important to us. Our baskets may include food items containing common allergens such as nuts, wheat, dairy, or soy, as well as scented products. We are not an allergen-free facility, and cross-contamination may occur. We strongly recommend reviewing ingredient labels before consumption and being mindful of sensitivities.
Can I customize the items in a gift basket?
Yes, we can often accommodate minor substitutions (for example, exchanging one flavor for another) when items are of equal value. Please contact us directly to discuss your customization request. During peak holiday seasons, customization options may be limited due to high demand.
Will the gift basket look exactly like the picture on the website?
We strive to ensure your basket matches the images shown. However, occasionally substitutions may be necessary due to supplier availability. Any substituted item will always be of equal or greater value.
