Local  Delivery IN CAlagry and surrounding areas

We offer the following flat-rate delivery fees:

  • Inside Calgary city limits: $15 CAD (weekdays and weekends)
  • Calgary surrounding areas: $20 CAD (weekdays and weekends, including Airdrie, Bearspaw, Cochrane, Springbank, Okotoks, and Chestermere)

For deliveries beyond Calgary and its surrounding areas, we partner with trusted shipping companies such as UPS, Purolator, and others.

Key Policies for Long-Distance Shipments:

  • Shipping Timeframes:
We cannot offer same-day or weekend delivery for these services. Estimated delivery times to major urban areas are:
    • Alberta: 1–3 business days
    • British Columbia: 2–3 business days
    • Ontario & Quebec: 4–6 business days
  • Delivery Estimates:
These are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur during peak holiday seasons, due to severe weather, or for other unforeseen circumstances. The sender is responsible for accounting for these possible delays when placing an order. We are not liable for any delays caused by such situations.
  • Order Rerouting:
If the sender requests an address change or a return after shipment, any additional fees charged by the carrier will be billed to the customer.

Delivery Fee Exceptions & Surcharges

Please note that our standard delivery rates may vary in certain situations:

  • Remote Locations:
Addresses classified as remote by our carriers may incur additional shipping charges.
  • Peak Seasons:
We may temporarily increase delivery fees during high-volume periods like the December holiday season.

If any surcharge applies, we will contact the purchaser directly to discuss and approve the additional charges before shipping the order.

Our Delivery Process

We work diligently to ensure your gift arrives safely and on time.

Scheduling & Timing:

You can request a preferred delivery date in the “Order Notes” section during checkout. While we always do our best to accommodate your request, delivery dates cannot be guaranteed for all orders.

Specific Delivery Locations:

  • Houses & Townhomes (Doorstep Drop-off):
We typically do not call recipients in detached homes or townhomes before delivery. If no one is home, the basket will be left securely at the front door or porch—provided our courier determines it’s safe to do so.
If you prefer, we call the recipient before delivery; please mention this in the “Order Notes” section.
  • Apartments & Condominiums (Pre-Scheduled Deliveries):
For all apartment and condo deliveries, we will call the recipient in advance to schedule a convenient time and ensure building access. Due to security restrictions, we cannot leave packages in hallways or lobbies. A recipient phone number is mandatory for these deliveries.
  • Offices & Businesses:
Please include the company name, recipient’s full name, and phone number. Deliveries may be left with a receptionist or concierge if the recipient is unavailable.
  • Hospitals:
Please provide the patient’s full name, unit, and room number. Delivery times may vary due to hospital size and access limitations. Couriers will deliver to the Nurses’ Station or room, but will not confirm patient status at the front desk.
  • P.O. Boxes:
We cannot deliver to P.O. Box addresses. A physical street address is required for all orders.
